As we step into a brand-new year, there’s a powerful sense of renewal and purpose in the air. Every Home for Christ is celebrating a major milestone—50 years of ministry across Australia and New Zealand! It’s a moment to reflect on God’s faithfulness and look ahead with hope, holding onto the promise from Jeremiah 29:11—that God has plans to give us a future and a hope.
Looking back, 2024 was a remarkable year. Thanks to your generous support, EHC reached more lives than ever, bringing Christ’s message of love and salvation to homes across the globe. We’ve fed the hungry, sheltered the homeless, and nurtured new believers, all while staying focused on our core mission: carrying Christ to everyone, everywhere, and in every generation.
In 2025, we’re doubling down. Inspired by Jesus’ words in Matthew 5:16, we’re called to let our light shine brighter than ever. Whether it’s through practical help or spiritual guidance, we’re committed to being a source of hope in a hurting world.
Some exciting leadership changes are also taking place. Legal expert Jae Yang has joined the board as Secretary, bringing a wealth of charity law experience to the table. And young voices like Jemima Ayoub are stepping up as youth ambassadors, helping us reach the next generation through our new youth branch: NexGen Disciples.
Speaking of youth, NexGen is all about empowering young people—especially Gen Z and younger Millennials—to spread the Gospel. With events, social media outreach, and local gatherings like movie nights and Bible studies, it’s a growing movement built by young disciples, for young disciples.
On the mission front, our hearts are still with Samoa. Last year’s outreach saw powerful moments of prayer, preaching, and connection in even the most remote villages. But challenges remain. Our van—the lifeline for outreach in Samoa—is breaking down, and we need your help to replace it. A new vehicle will keep the mission moving, bringing supplies, audio Bibles, and the hope of Christ to those who need it most.
Looking ahead, we’re also inviting you to leave a legacy through bequests. With over $5 trillion expected to pass through Australian estates in coming years, even a small portion directed to ministry can have an eternal impact. Gifts in wills help fund everything from outreach to discipleship training to rural church visits.
And we’re not slowing down. Our Executive Director, Greg Bondar, is actively taking the message of Every Home for Christ to churches nationwide. If you’d like him—or another team member—to visit your church or event, we’d love to connect.
Finally, this month’s Bible readings are from the Psalms, and we’re encouraging everyone to pray for our global and regional leaders, including our new international president Tanner Peake and the faithful team in Australia and New Zealand.
As Isaiah 43 reminds us: “Forget the former things… see, I am doing a new thing!” That’s our focus for 2025. With your prayers, your partnership, and your passion, we believe it will be a year of spiritual growth and enduring hope.
Thank you for standing with us. Together, we’re carrying Christ to every home.
Consider gifting Every Home for Christ (EHC) a Bequest and supporting us in your Will
Making a prayerful gift in your Will is a positive way to continue supporting EHC even after your earthly life has ended on this side of eternity.
We greatly appreciate the generosity of all who give to EHC in their Will. These gifts enable EHC Australia and New Zealand to pursue its vision and mission of bringing the Gospel to Everyone and Everywhere and so fulfill the Great Commission.

A New Year of Mission, Renewal, and Hope: Every Home for Christ in 2025
As we step into a new year, we at Every Home for Christ (EHC) Australia & New Zealand are filled with a profound sense of gratitude and anticipation. The year 2025 marks not only a new chapter in our shared journey of faith but also a significant milestone—50 years of carrying Christ into every home across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
A Year Marked by Resilience and Generosity
The past year brought with it numerous challenges, yet it also revealed the unshakable strength of our global Christian community. In the wake of natural disasters, particularly in remote villages, local residents rose with courage and unity. Despite personal losses, they reached out to their neighbours, exemplifying the very essence of Christian love and service. Their actions have become a beacon of hope, and we are honoured to partner with such resilient communities.
The generosity of our supporters has played a vital role in sustaining and expanding our mission. Through your donations and prayers, EHC has been able to extend its outreach efforts—feeding the hungry, offering shelter, providing spiritual guidance, and planting seeds of the Gospel in hearts across the world.
As Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” This promise underpins our vision for 2025—a year of spiritual growth, expanded mission fields, and continued commitment to the Great Commission.
Strengthening Leadership and Expanding Youth Engagement
At our Annual General Meeting in November 2024, we welcomed Jae Yang to the EHC Board as Secretary. A legal expert in charity and not-for-profit law, Jae brings a wealth of experience and a heart devoted to ministry. We also expressed deep appreciation to outgoing Secretary Davidson James for his years of faithful service.
In line with our mission to engage every generation, we’ve also welcomed Jemima Ayoub as a youth board observer. Alongside youth ambassador Leon Karatzis, she will help lead NexGen Disciples—our youth initiative aimed at mobilising young Christians (aged 16–35) to carry Christ’s message across Australia.
NexGen is already gaining momentum, with presentations at the School of Prayer in Albury and our inaugural Christmas Spectacular. Plans for 2025 include youth-focused Bible studies, prayer meetings, discipleship training, and social events designed to build vibrant faith communities both online and offline.
A Mission of Impact: Samoa and Beyond
One of the standout missions of 2024 was our outreach in Samoa. EHC has been supporting a missionary from Fiji working in Samoa and assisting in the acquisition of a school and mission bus. During his November visit, EHC Managing Director Greg Bondar was invited to preach at several churches, lead prayer gatherings, and meet with Samoa’s former Prime Minister Tuilaʻepa Saʻilele Malielegaoi.
Despite limited infrastructure and resources, the Samoan team has been unwavering in their mission. From jungle roads to bushland huts, they bring prayer, food, and the Word of God to those who need it most. Yet, they are in urgent need of a reliable van to continue this vital work. Their current 11-seater is barely operational, and each breakdown diverts resources from ministry. A new vehicle would ensure that the light of Christ continues to reach even the most remote villages.
Keeping the Mission Rolling: How You Can Help
We invite you to stand with us as we raise funds for a new van for the Samoan mission. Your donation—no matter the amount—will directly support gospel outreach, school visits, and critical aid delivery.

Carrying the Gospel into the Future
EHC has its roots in the World Literature Crusade, founded in Australia in 1975 by Eric Leach. The mission began with a vision of reaching every home with printed Christian material and has evolved into a global movement embracing digital tools, community outreach, and youth mobilisation.
Today, our focus remains the same: fulfilling the call of Matthew 28:19—“Go and make disciples of all nations.” We do this through prayer, training, partnerships with churches, and unwavering commitment to reach every home.
Partner with Us in 2025
Whether it’s through prayer, financial giving, or inviting EHC to speak at your church, there are many ways to be part of this mission. We also encourage you to consider leaving a legacy gift in your Will. With over $150 billion in annual inheritances in Australia, even a small portion directed to charitable work can leave a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God.
As Isaiah 43:18–19 reminds us: “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!” Let’s step boldly into the new year, united in purpose, guided by faith, and inspired to bring the hope of Jesus to every corner of the globe.
From all of us at Every Home for Christ, we wish you a joyful, blessed, and mission-filled 2025.
