The Kazala Food Security and Outreach Program is the humanitarian aid and gospel outreach initiative of Every Home for Christ Zambia, operating in Katete District, Eastern Province. It is funded and supported by Every Home Global Concern in Australia. The program’s primary objective is to enhance the livelihoods of vulnerable communities through initiatives that promote food security, nutrition, income generation, sanitation and children’s education. The program is committed to gender-sensitive programming and upholding the rights and inclusion of children and individuals living with disabilities.

Combining social humanitarian aid with Christian outreach, the program works through established communitybased structures to deliver practical  support while spreading the gospel.

Over the past 12 years, the Kazala Food Security and Outreach Program has positively impacted more than 500 vulnerable households across Kazala and neighbouring chiefdoms. These communities have experienced significant improvements in agricultural  production, income generation, sanitation and child education. Support grants from Every Home Global Concern Australia have empowered families to restock livestock, access quality farm inputs to enhance crop yields and construct toilets and water wells. Additionally, these grants have enabled 200 children to enrol in preschool education.

The program has also successfully shared the gospel with over 8,000 individuals during this period, made possible by leveraging the strength of established community-based networks. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all donors whose generous support has made this transformative work possible. Your contributions have brought hope and lasting change to countless families and communities.

God Bless
